- 실수할 가능성 줄어듬
- terraform plan을 하기전에 에러를 잡아준다.
- master에 머지되기전에 반드시 terraform apply가 되도록 강제한다. 좀더 일관적인 상태로 infra를 관리할수 있다.
- approved된 코드만 apply를 할수 있도록 한다.
